TOPIND's body development technique is well-known around the globe.
We are in charge of the complete process of producing automotive body parts. To meet the needs of local and international clients, we are creating high-quality molds via mold design and work coordination based on molding analysis. Furthermore, we have created molds for semi-mass and mass manufacturing, which we are constantly creating and supplying, and we are seeking to further improve based on the knowledge we have gathered over the years.

TOPIND produces JIG for high quality and actively uses high-tech facilities to increase assembly completeness.
We are building manual assembly lines, automated assembly lines, and heterojunction assembly lines based on our extensive experience and know-how in assembling domestic and foreign car models. This allows us to produce high-quality goods ranging from SUB PART assembly to BIW assembly. Furthermore, we produce JIG after conducting an assemblyability assessment and actively use facilities to increase quality and efficiency.

TOPIND is developing a quality management system in order to provide a higher level of service.
From product ordering to delivery, we have established and operated an IATF 16949 quality management system to ensure products that can satisfy customers and satisfy customer satisfaction. We create quality assurance procedures, produce inspection tools and IFs, and perform operational inspections of 3D measuring instruments and ultrasonic measuring instruments to maintain the world’s top quality. Furthermore, we are constantly conducting research to continuously improve quality, and as a result, we are able to provide a higher level of quality to our customers.
